December: Starting Dec 1st I will be back downtown at 503 Comox Road, inside the ‘Integrity Building’ appointments are available for RETURNING CLIENTS please contact me directly to book. New clients can be added to my cancellation list for December.
January: OPEN TO NEW CLIENTS. I will be away for a month starting January 25th. I will also be raising my rates for January 2025. This will be applied to all new and pre-existing appointments from January 1st onwards.

Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy is the assessment and manipulation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia to achieve a therapeutic outcome. Therapeutic outcomes can include pain reduction, increased mobility as well as an embodied sense of well-being and deep relaxation.
Registered Massage Therapy includes assessment and home-care as indicated.
Massage therapy can help address physical pain and tension and has also been shown to help ease symptoms of anxiety, depression and mental stress.
