Hi, I’m Tyler! I am a registered massage therapist located in downtown Nanaimo, B.C. I believe that all bodies are deserving of care and I have a trauma-informed approach to my practice. The space is also wheelchair accessible.

Some areas of interest for me include women’s health, chronic pain, and just generally helping folks feel safe in their bodies. I have also had a lot of success helping people manage chronic/complex pain, headaches, and TMJD. Nervous system regulation is the foundation of my treatments. It is important to me to co-create an environment where people feel safe enough to express themselves. Appointments are collaborative and I actively encourage feedback.

I’ve had people describe my style as relaxing yet still therapeutic. We will always work within your level of comfort. I have done additional training for Craniosacral Therapy, working with C-sections and hot stones which I offer in the colder months.

I offer direct billing to most insurers, however I do not bill to ICBC or WCB.
