Upcoming Rate Update – Effective January 1, 2026 I want to let you know about a small change to my rates starting in the new year. As of January 1, 2026, there will be a modest increase to appointments of 60 minutes or longer. This adjustment will apply to both new and pre-booked sessions. Thank you so much for your continued support and trust — it’s an honour to be part of your care.

60 min - $135

75 min - $165

90 min - $200

Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No shows will be charged the full appointment fee to the card on file

Registered Massage Therapy is the assessment and manipulation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia to achieve a therapeutic outcome. Therapeutic outcomes can include pain reduction, increased mobility as well as an embodied sense of well-being and deep relaxation.

Massage therapy can help address physical pain and tension and has also been shown to help ease symptoms of anxiety, depression and mental stress.

Hello my name is Tyler and I am a registered massage therapist located in Nanaimo, B.C. I have experience in a variety of different areas of massage therapy services.

My goal is to create a comfortable space within massage therapy where you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. My massage therapy approach is grounded in mindfulness, and I invite you to listen to your body and recognize the feelings that come up during our sessions.
