Upcoming Rate Update – Effective January 1, 2026 I want to let you know about a small change to my rates starting in the new year. As of January 1, 2026, there will be a modest increase to appointments of 60 minutes or longer. This adjustment will apply to both new and pre-booked sessions. Thank you so much for your continued support and trust — it’s an honour to be part of your care.
New Rates for 2026:
60 min - $135
75 min - $170
90 min - $200
Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No shows will be charged the full appointment fee to the card on file

Massage Therapy
A clinically informed massage treatment designed to address pain, muscle tension, and movement restrictions. Techniques and pressure are customized based on your assessment and treatment goals.
C-Section Massage
This treatment includes 15-20 minutes of focused scar and/or abdominal work to help improve tissue mobility, reduce adhesions, and support functional recovery after a cesarean birth. The rest of the time is used to address any other concerns. Techniques are gentle and always guided by your comfort level.
Pregnancy Massage
A supportive treatment designed to address common discomforts such as low back pain, hip tension, or overall muscle soreness during pregnancy. Depending on your comfort and stage of pregnancy, you can lie face down using a pregnancy pillow or receive treatment in a side-lying position.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated stones are used to warm soft tissues and help facilitate deeper muscular relaxation without requiring increased pressure. This treatment provides a calm, steady therapeutic effect suitable for both relaxation and tension relief.
Cranio Sacral Therapy
A light-touch modality often performed fully clothed, using gentle holds that are maintained for several minutes at a time to support the release of nervous system tension. It may be helpful for headaches, chronic tension, and overall regulation.
